Since 1996, Fiddleheads has been a family-owned and operated wholesale and retail coffee business that also runs three cafés in Ozaukee County, just north of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in the suburbs of Cedarburg, Mequon, and Thiensville. Our passion, of course, is roasting and brewing the finest coffees available, but our cafes also serve a variety of delicious soups and sandwiches, and artisan breads and pastries. The new Fiddleheads roasting operation, which is in the process of being build downtown Thiensville, will also include the corporate headquarters, bakery and retail sales. The concept plan for the two-story building reflects the historic character of the village, appearing to have been built in phases over time with a variety of materials. There is a front porch where customers will be able to sit and enjoy their coffee and bakery. Visitors to the new facility will be able to watch the roasting process which will open to the retail shop where beans and beverages will be sold. The bakery is expected to open in the building within 12 months of the roasting operation. Bakery goods would be sold at that location as well as the other Fiddleheads cafes. 262-376-1366
